The "Aliter-Aksi" company is constructed so that to solve the broad audience of engineering and industrial tasks in the professional area: from delivery of the fire-resistant materials, separate elements (for example, gate valves) for repair of furnaces, the complex decision of questions of major overhaul and reconstruction of operating objects in various industries, before complex designing, manufacturing, delivery, installation of oven blocks of installations of petrochemistry and oil refining.

Department of industrial furnaces

   In structure of department of industrial furnaces there is group of chief engineers of the project, a design department, group general works under contract and architectural supervision.
   Task department of industrial furnaces - the conclusion of contracts, development and realization of technical decisions, designing, accommodation, the organization of performance of orders, carrying out the chief-installation or the organization of construction of object (performance of functions of the general contractor).
   Department of industrial furnaces has following directions of activity: designing, manufacturing, delivery of tubular furnaces, elements of installations catalytic cracking, technological furnaces various purpose, systems of recycling of heat, ground torches for after burning gases, liner various thermal units, gate valves and other elements of the high-temperature equipment.

Department of fire-resistant materials

   The structure of a department includes laboratory of development of fire-resistant materials, a department of sale of fire-resistant cements, group of technical managers on work with the enterprises.
   Tasks Department of fire-resistant materials - development of fire-resistant concrete on aluminate-calcium, phosphatic, complex knitting for application in areas of heats, the mechanical, abrasive loadings chemically proof in various environments (sour, alkaline, regenerative, oxidizing), heat-resistant (thermal shock, cyclicity). Department of the main metallurgist

Task department of the main metallurgist - manufacturing of non-standard hardware. Department of the main metallurgist makes fixture, non-standard products moulding from various marks of steel, pig-iron, nonferrous metals, other non-standard products.

Manufacture

Manufacture consists of automatic-assembly site, a turning-milling site, welding a site, a forming site, a site of dry fire-resistant mixes, a site of heat treatment, laboratory of quality assurance of production.
