Department of industrial furnaces has the realized technical decisions in following industries.
Group of chief engineers of the project
Chief engineers of the project are the most qualified
employees of the organization in the field of development of technical decisions, preparations,
making agreements,
the organization of contracts fulfillment,
the organization of producing installations.
Design department
The design department performs works on designing industrial furnaces,
and also renders engineering services for the enterprises of the oil
refining and petrochemical industry.
The intracorporate functions of the department include license and allowing activity,
design-technical maintenance of manufacture, maintenance of the enterprise employees
with the specifications and technical documentation, manufacturing of copies of documents,
and conducting archive of the enterprise.
Structure of a department

Group of process engineers.
Drawing up design assignments and initial data, their coordination with the customer.
Development and calculation of the technological plan of the oven block with control
measuring devices and the equipment in view of all requirements of industrial safety according
to Rostekhnadzor normative documents. Technological, heating , hydraulic, aerodynamic calculations
of furnaces and blocks of recycling of heat - shell-and-tube, lamellar and regenerative air heaters,
steam and gas generators, vapour superheaters. Delivery of design assignments control
measuring devices and the equipment, electrosupply. Calculation, selection and drawing up of
custom-made specifications on auxiliaries - torches, induced-draft fans, air bloweres, heat interchangers,
capacities, filters, pumps, armature, etc.
Calculation of quantity of harmful substances emissions
into atmosphere from work of the furnace, calculation of harmful substances dispersion,
delivery of initial data for drawing up project of total emissions at the enterprise.
The used software - AEA Tech. HYSYS, HTFS FIHR.

Group of designing of pipelines assembly studes. Mechanical
calculation of the basic and auxiliary metallic structures.
Calculation of furnaces coils durability, capacity and heat exchange equipment.
Thermotechnics liners calculation for the equipment working under influence of heats.
Development of the engineering
specifications (equipment designs, working documentation) on the oven block, including
platforms of service and smoke screening and air pipes system.
Development of contract
designs for the oven block equipment. The used software - personal computer "LIRA",
Autodesk AutoCAD.

Group of engineers-assemblers. Calculation and design
of pipelines and thermal insulator. The used software - personal computer "START", Autodesk AutoCAD.

Group of the documentation preparation for manufacture,
design and technical maintenance of manufacture, architectural supervision of manufacture.
Development of detail drawings for the oven block, including those baset on other organizations projects.
Preparation of engineering specifications for manufacture and architectural
supervising manufacture of a furnace as a whole and its installation.
Development and the coordination of railway cars loading/unloading plans,
development of documentation for manufacture (packing, container and so forth),
supervision of cargo handling works.
The used software - personal computer "LIRA", Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor.

Together with a
department refractories,
the department carries out a choice of materials, designing liners furnaces
in various
areas of the industry.
Besides the department carries out liners projects of high-temperature forges,
furnaces of cremation and other high-temperature processes.

Engineering services of the department include complex heating inspections of
technological furnaces and thermal units with delivery of the conclusions and
recommendations on major overhaul and reconstruction as well as starting-up and
adjustment works of oven units and personnel training. Our technical conclusions over
results of the given kind of works can be used for an assessment of the oven block
functioning; for the definition of the list of actions aimed to increase the overall
performance of the furnace, decrease the consumption of power resources, reduce the quantity
of harmful emissions; as initial data for drawing up the feasibility report on carrying out
major overhauls and reconstruction of the oven equipment of oil refining and petrochemical factories.
Quality of released projects is provided with system of a quality management on the basis of ISO 9001.
The breadboard models of furnaces that essentially facilitate assembly of the furnace at installation can be added to furnaces projects.
The department is equipped by scientific and technical library, technical archive, and modern equipment that allows to release design production of high quality. The workplaces of all engineer-designers are equipped by personal computers connected to the local network of the enterprise.
The copies are made and the engineering specifications are drawn up on high-speed laser printers and copying machines of format A3, ?4, as well as on workstation ?': TDS 400 including the laser printer of a joint-stock company format, the scanner of a joint-stock company format, the device for folding drawings in accordance with GOST.
Volume of design works of a department 40 000-50 000 people / hour per year.
Group of general works under contract and architectural supervision
The group of general works under contract and architectural supervision includes the engineers possessing construction organization skills, preparation of works manufacture process, the schedule plan of performance, coordination of actions of several subcontract organizations.
