  1. Parameters on item 1 and 2, allocated by a fat font, are obligatory for the characteristic of each set.

  2. Norms on strength at the compression, specified in brackets, are established for the mixes produced with use aluminous of cement in accordance with GOST 969-91.

   1.3 Packing of mixes in accordance with GOST 24717 with additions on 1.3.1-1.3.2.

   1.3.1 Mixes deliver in the form of two components: a filler packed into a multilayered paper bag under the normative document, and cement in packing manufacturer. Thus on one bag of cement the integer of bags of a filler should is necessary.

   1.3.1.1 Packing of mixes in one multilayered paper bag is supposed by next ways:

  • completely fill with a ready mix;
  • all over again fall asleep a filler, and from above stack in tight packing cement.

   1.3.1.2 Other packing of mixes providing them safety at transportation and storage is supposed.

   1.3.2 Weight of a bag should not exceed (50 ± 0,5) kg.

   1.4 Marks of mixes - in accordance with GOST 24717 with additions on 1.4.1-1.4.2.

   1.4.1 At packing mixes on 1.3.1 on each bag with a filler put the following information:

  • name and the address of manufacturer;
  • mark of a mix;
  • designation of the true specifications;
  • inscription "filler";
  • net weight.

   Bags with cement should contain marks of manufacturer.

   2 Acceptance procedures

   2.1 Mixes accept in lots. The set should consist of a mix of one mark. The weight of a set should not exceed 70 tons.

   2.2 For control quality check of mixes and conformity to their requirements of the true specifications spend acceptance tests according to 1.2.

   2.3 For carrying out of acceptance tests of mixes select not less than one bag of a filler and a bag of cement or one bag with a mix.

   2.3.1 Tests of a filler and cement dose out according to the set parity and then carefully mix for reception of a concrete mix.
   The common test of a mix should be not less the quantity necessary for preparation of samples.

   2.3.2 Mix from a bag carefully mix also a method quartation reduce up to the quantity necessary for preparation of samples.

   2.4 Preparation of control test pieces

   2.4.1 For definition of a Seeming density and strength at compression control samples in the form of a cube with the size of an edge (100 ± 3) prepare mm, and for heat conductivity - in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with the sizes 100?100?(65-32) mm with maximum deviation on length and width ± 3 mm.

   Control samples produce in accordance with GOST 10180 of a mix after ÚÁÔ×ĎŇĹÎÉŃ its water in accordance with GOST 23732 by formation in the demountable metal form in accordance with GOST 22685. Samples maintain in the form of not less than 12 hours, then the form open, samples establish on an equal surface and keep in conditions of not supposing drying a surface of samples. Hardening of samples occurs within 3 day in to temperature of air 5-25 œó. Then samples dry up at temperature (100 ± 10) œó up to constant weight, and if necessary subject to heat treatment at temperature (800 ± 20) œó within 4 hours. Speed of rise of temperature at drying - no more than 50 œC/hour, at heat treatment - no more than 200 œC/hour. Wrought samples test after cooling up to a room temperature.

   A Seeming density and heat conductivity determine on wrought samples, strength at compression - on samples in 3 day after formation and after heat treatment.

   2.3.1 Tests of a filler and cement dose out according to the set ratio and then carefully mix for reception of a concrete mix.
   The common test of a mix should be not less the quantity necessary for preparation of samples. A mix from a bag carefully mix also a method quartation reduce up to the quantity necessary for preparation of samples.

   2.4 Preparation of control test pieces

   2.4.1 For definition of a seeming density and strength at compression control samples in the form of a cube with the size of an edge (100 ± 3) use mm, for temperature of the beginning of a softening - the sample in the form of the cylinder in height (50 ± 1) mm and diameter (36 ± 1) mm.

   Control samples produce in accordance with GOST 10180 of a mix after shut its water in accordance with GOST 23732 by formation in the demountable metal form in accordance with GOST 22685 onvibrating table. Samples maintain in the form of not less than 12 hours, then the form open, samples establish on an equal surface and keep in the conditions which are not supposing drying of a surface of samples.

   Wrought samples test after cooling up to a room temperature

   2.4.2 Quantity of samples and periodicity of tests are resulted in table 4.

   2.5 Set should be accompanied by the quality certificate containing:

  • name of manufacturer;
  • mark of mix;
  • date of manufacturing;

  • results of acceptance tests;
  • designation of the these specifications.

   2.6 At reception of unsatisfactory results of tests even on one of parameters, on it spend re-testing on the double quantity of the samples prepared from the same sample. Results of re-testing extend on all set and are final. At unsatisfactory results of re-testing a set reject.

   3 Quality monitoring

   3.1 Mass fraction Al2O3, CaO determine in accordance with GOST 2642.4, GOST 2642.7, GOST 2642.0. Application of other methods providing demanded accuracy of the analysis is supposed.

   3.2 Seeming density define on samples on 2.4.1. The sample weigh on weights under the normative documentation with a limit of an admissible error ± 0,2 the Linear sizes of the sample of the cubic form measure, roughly, in the middle of each side by a metal ruler in accordance with GOST 427 or sliding calliper in accordance with GOST 166. For result of measurement of length of an edge accept average arithmetic value from six measurements.

   Seeming density ρs, g/sm3, count under the formula:

ĆĎŇÍŐĚÁ

   where m -weight of the sample, g;
         V - settlement volume of the sample, sm3.

   3.3 Strength at compression determine in accordance with GOST 4071.2 on samples on 2.4.1.

   3.4 Temperature of the beginning of a softening determine in accordance with GOST 4070 on samples on 2.4.1.

   3.5 Marks, packing and completeness of mixes check visually.

   4 Transportation and storage

   4.1 Transportation and storage in accordance with GOST 24717 with addition on 4.1.1

   4.1.1 Mixes keep in the conditions excluding humidifying and damage of packing.

   5 Manufacturer's guarantees

   5.1 Mixes should be accepted by checking department.

   5.2 Manufacturer guarantees conformity of mixes to requirements of the true specifications at observance by the consumer of conditions of transportation and the storage, established by the true specifications.

   5.3 Warranty period of storage of mixes is established by the manufacturer. After the expiration of a warranty period of storage of a mix can be used to destination after preliminary check of their quality on conformity to requirements of the true specifications.
