Mixes with the high contents of cement - áLKOR are made on the basis of silica-alumina fillers (chamotte, bauxite, corundum of various chemical and mineralogical structure, density and water absorptions) and aluminum calcium cements (Ciment Fondu Lafarge, Secar-51, Secar-71, Secar-80). The maintenance of cement - more than 15 %. Afterlatch water harden owing to hydration of aluminates of the calcium which is a part of cement, and form fire-resistant concrete with high durability. At heating hydrates decay, water abandons concrete, forming times, the structure of concrete is loosened, durability falls. Besides oxide the calcium, containing in cement, at interaction with silica-alumina fillers forms fusible eutectic, therefore fire resistance of concrete with the high maintenance of cement below fire resistance of making their filler and cement, their high-temperature characteristics are low.
Concrete with the lowered contents of cement áLIT and low-cement áLKORIT, contain accordingly 7-12 % and less than 5 % of cement, therefore they are deprived these lacks. Their structure is combined and balanced, except for granular fillers and cement they contain ultradisperse powders, deflocculant, regulators of the mechanism and speed setting and concreting. Initial durability of these concrete often below, than at concrete with the high maintenance of cement, however, they are essentially strengthened already at low-temperature to drying, and at temperature nearby 600 ° C With ceramic communication starts to be formed. Concrete áLIT and áLKORIT are characterized by high density, durability, thermostability, abrasion-resistant, chemical stability. Owing to the low maintenance of cement and, accordingly, oxide calcium low-cement concrete áLKORIT possess high fire resistance. Ultra-low-cement concrete with maintenance óÁď less than 1 % (less than 3 % of cement) under the characteristics correspond to high-quality bricks. Them connecting the system is even more complex, while in service in it is formed mullite, as a result the structure of concrete has low porosity and high mechanical characteristics at working temperatures.
If for preparation of concrete with the high maintenance of cement in a mix it is necessary to add 9-13 % of water for mixes áLIT and áLKORIT, as a rule, there are enough 4-7 %. Than less cement contains a mix, overdose of water especially negatively affects mechanical properties of concrete. Therefore for preparation low-cement mixes áLKORIT use of intensive amalgamators of compulsory action and vibration is necessary at stacking. At absence of such opportunity it is necessary to apply mixes áLIT or self-spreading mixes (an index "S" in the name). Self-spreading mixes after mixing with small quantity of water form concrete which spreads and decontaminated without the appendix of vibration. For usual concrete it is impossible without addition of excessive quantity of water that reduces their mechanical properties. Self-spreading concrete possess all advantages low-cement concrete (low porosity, high density, durability, abrasion-resistant, thermostability), they have a smooth smooth surface. Their application is expedient for liners remote places, drawing of thin layers, at repair liners.
Heat-insulating mixes áLAKS differ in low density (0,5 - 1,7 g/sm3) and heat conductivity. They consist, mainly, from superficial porous fillers (vermiculite, perlite, expanded clay, superficial chamotte, superficial corundum, spherocorund) and aluminum calcium cements Ciment Fondu Lafarge, Secar-51, Secar-71. Connecting system of concrete with indexes 108, 220, 120 is more complex, they are characterized by higher mechanical characteristics at heats than usual heat-insulating concrete.
The majority of mixes áLKOR, áLIT, áLKORIT, áLAKS can be put in the updatings intended for drawing by methods shotcreting (an index 'ô' in the name) or manual stuffing (an index 'N'). These mixes differ from a base variant the grain structure, the lowered fluidity at mechanical influence (down to full loss of fluidity). They also can contain the additives accelerating setting. Properties of the majority of the modified concrete are not brought in the table. As a rule, they have a little lower density and durability than not modified analogues, fire resistance does not vary.
For drawing manually liners, subject mixes áLIRAM are intended to strong abrasive influence. They possess exclusively high durability (up to 250 N/mm2) and abrasion-resistant (less than 3 sm3 on ASTM C704).
Mixes áLIPLAST also put manually. For preparation of concrete they are necessary for mixing with delivered separately liquid phosphatic connecting.
Mixes with an index "Al" in the name are intended for application in foundry units of the aluminium industry. They possess high resistance influence of aluminium and ihis alloys.
Fire-resistant mortar and mastics are intended for linkage among themselves fire-resistant bricks or shaped products, hermetic sealing liners and thermal units. Owing to high adhesion to a surface of fire-resistant products, concrete and metal mortar and mastics on chemical connecting (in some cases and on hydraulic connecting) can be used as sheetings and daubings, repair structures, fire-resistant glues.
Mortares represent dry powdery a mix which before application is necessary for mixing with water.
Mastics unlike mortares before application mix not with water, and with liquid connecting.
Open The "Aliter-Aksi" company makes mortares on hydraulic and chemical connecting. Mastics are always made on chemical connecting.
The size of particles of fillers in mortares and mastics does not exceed 1 mm. Thickness of a layer of mastic or mortar should not exceed 5 mm.
