The laboratory of a department is certified in technical competence by the Center of Tests and Certifications of Saint-Petersburg (the accreditation certificate N SP 01.01.005.151 from November, 29th, 2000), that allows it to spend acceptance, periodical, demand and control tests of building materials, according to area of accreditation.
