Coils grocery

   We make and produce a complete set radian and convective welded coils for tubular furnaces and their elements. Coils are made individually under the detailed project of the Customer or developed by a design department of the "Aliter-Aksi" company.

   Manufacturing of coils is conducted according to technical requirements RD 26.02.80-88 "Coils welded for tubular furnaces. Requirements to designing, manufacturing and delivery ".

   In convective coils probably application ribbed pipes. Arms, trumpet lattices are carried out cast.

   Quality monitoring of welded connections according to RD 26-02-80-88: external survey, gauging of hardness, steeloscope, ultrasonic flaw detection, radioscopy getting radiation, color detection, mechanical tests, tests on MKK, metallographic researches, hydraulic tests.

   By results of manufacturing sanction ROSTEHNADXOR the Russian Federation on the right application of the given equipment and the Passport of a product is made out.
