Pins for flange connections

Types and the basic sizes
Technical requirements in accordance with GOST 20700-75.

  • Type A
    Pin continuous with identical nominal diameters of a groove "d1",applied for flange connections with temperature of metal less or equal 300 °C
    Performance 1 - Length (b) the carving end are identical (Pic. 1)
    Performance 2 - Length of the screwed in carving end (b1) is distinct from length of the carving end (Pic. 2)

  • Type B
    Pin continuous with nominal diameter of a groove "d", big of nominal diameter of a smooth part "d1", applied for flange connections with temperature of metal from above 300 °C

At the order it is obligatory to specify mark of steel, GOST (OST), type and performance.

  • Type A
    Nut hexahedral for flange connections, cases of cylinders of steam and gas turbines, pipelines, steam boilers, armature, devices and tanks.

  • Type B
    Nut cap-type for flange connections of cases of cylinders of steam and gas turbines, lock and regulating valves and other connections of steam and gas turbines.

At the order it is obligatory to specify mark of steel, GOST (OST), type and performance.

   Technical requirements to manufacturing fixing products according to GOST 20700-75, GOST 10494-80, 10495-80, GOST 11447-80, STP 26.260-2043-2004, etc.
   The groove is formed by methods grooving or knurl. During manufacturing fixing products the entrance control of metal of preparations is made. The control of a mode of heat treatment, mechanical properties, conformity of a finished article to the geometrical sizes, etc. is carried out
