Our firm was engaged in development of units for the Pavlodar factory. It first of all unit of input of raw material and cyclones. To replace cyclones in a reactor it is necessary to lower carrying out of catalysts in a column. And efficiency of process depends on unit of input of raw material: he provides qualitative dispersion raw material. Depth cracking as a result will increase and the exit of products will increase. We change the equipment on new that installation then could pass from year run on biennial, and it will improve parameters of work of installation catalytic cracking and quality of processed raw material. Modernization will provide more reliable work of the equipment.

We have put the equipment for installation catalytic cracking 43-107. It made under the project of Moscow firm "Autotexchproject". Our presence here is necessary to look, as there will be works, to solve technical questions, to explain something under the documentation, to accept on a place the equipment at the customer. The equipment is directed on that after reconstruction of installation to increase her technological parameters, productivity. More particularly: we expect increase of an exit of gasoline on 1,5 %, decrease in the catalyst in slimes up to 0,1-0,2 percent. Thus we plan to keep constant quality of products cracking and is strict to observe recommendations of the design organization.
