During from September 08th 2003 till September 24th 2003 within the limits of scheduled repair replacement of the arch of furnace P-1 of installation L-35-6/300 Society with limited liability "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" Perm was spent.

Forces "Aliter-Aksi" had been developed the project of the arch of the furnace, his manufacturing is carried out, architectural supervision of his installation is lead.

The furnace reforming P-1 has six radiating chambers, undressed by walls. Complexity for designing and installation of the arch coils of chambers of radiation, namely represented, the top fastening which has been born from a zone of burning above the arch. During designing the given problem has been successfully solved.

The arch of the furnace consists of separate pendant panels. Total of panels of 160 pieces of forty standard sizes. Panels are suspended by bent for existing arched to beams of the furnace. As a fire-resistant material it is applied fire-resistant heat-insulating mix ALAKS-1.0-1000. Backlashes between panels of the arch both existing lined and metal designs of the furnace were closed up by cotton wool MKRV in accordance with GOST 23619-79, that enables to compensate thermal expansion of the new arch. Also in the new arch 18 explosive windows which was not earlier that increases safety of the furnace as a whole are stipulated.

Under the insisting of the engineer spent architectural supervision, the top part of a flue of the furnace adjoining the new arch has been repaired and sheathed by a metal sheet. Thus, the top part of a flue and the arch represent itself a uniform design.

For today installation leaves on a mode. The arch of furnace P-1 works well.

The developed variant of replacement of the arch of furnace P-1 in a Perm is not unique our decision. Per 2001 we spent replacement liner and a coil of the similar furnace on NPZ in a Novokuybyshevsk and we have cleaned the top fastenings a coil under the arch, than have considerably simplified a design of the last.
