In February, 2003 forces "Aliter-Aksi" had been produced and put the equipment for modernization reactor the block of installation catalytic cracking G-43-107M/1 open joint-stock company "Lisichansknefteorgsintez". Modernization reactor the block was spent with the purpose of increase of reliability and an overall performance of system dust separation a reactor of installation catalytic cracking. The produced equipment allows to reach efficiency dust separation at a level of 99.995 % at optimum operating conditions..

Company "Aliter-Aksi" has wide experience and the turned out technologies as at manufacturing the similar equipment from metal, and at drawing liner on internal and external surfaces of products. Into amount of works "Aliter-Aksi" entered: performance of working drawings and manufacturing of the equipment for reconstruction of internal system dust separation a reactor. Into structure of the equipment entered: one-stage cyclones (4 pieces) With bunkers, dust struts, closing valves, devices for a suspension bracket and connection of cyclones, platforms, steam-distributing a ring and the modular chamber. Products are executed from stainless steel 08и18о10ф with the control of welded seams a radiographic method and a method color flaw detection in volume of 100 %. On internal and external surfaces of the equipment by means of reinforcing elements from stainless steel (an armour-clad grid) it is put corundum erosion-resistantliner ALIT-83 own manufacture. On installation the modular chamber bush withed heat-insulating a mix of manufacture "Aliter-Aksi" ALAKS-1.4-350. The Lump of the produced equipment exceeds 56 tons.

On assembly site the equipment was delivered as much as possible ready to final assembly.
