In February, 2003 forces "Aliter-Aksi" had been produced and put the equipment for modernization reactor the block of installation catalytic cracking Gë-3 on open joint-stock company "áNKHK". Modernization of installation ëë Gë-3 was spent with the purpose of introduction of highly effective technology cracking and reliable system of transport of the catalyst for increase of an output and octane numbers of gasoline, weighting of processed raw material, increase in duration of between-repairs run till two and more years and increases of safety of operation of installation.
Into amount of works "Aliter-Aksi" entered: performance of the working documentation and manufacturing of the equipment of a reactor direct-flow installations catalytic cracking Gë-3. Into structure of the equipment entered: a leveling line, the equaliser of a line leveling, the pressure head chamber, an external site of an inclined overflow, a pressure head strut, the equaliser of a pressure head strut, J-shaped transition, a reactor direct-flow, the reactionary chamber and a horizontal site of a direct-flow reactor.
The equipment was made according to OST 26 291-94. Products are executed from steeles marks 09ç2ó, 12è18î10ô and Steel 20 with the control of welded seams a radiographic, ultrasonic method and a method color flaw detection. An internal surface of the equipment by means of reinforcing elements from stainless steel (an armour-clad grid, S-shaped and V-shaped anchors) bush withed concrete mixes of own manufacture. Mixes such as were applied: a mix chamotte heat resisting áLKOR-37-50, a mix high-aluminous fire-resistant áLKOR-76 and a mix corundum erosion-resistant áLIT-83. All products have been painted organosilicone by heat-resistant enamel. Settlement service life of 10 years. The lump of the produced equipment exceeds 150 tons.
On assembly site the equipment was delivered as much as possible ready to final assembly.
