Per 2002 complex inspections of multichamber furnaces reforming on installations L-35/8-300B and L-35/11-300 Society with limited liability "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" with delivery of offers and recommendations on major overhaul and reconstruction of furnaces are lead.

Into volume of carrying out of inspection entered:

• Gathering the technical information on object - the cores technological and design data, the engineering specifications on the lead repairs and replacements of the equipment.
• Analysis of normative and technical base.
• Visual and measuring control over check of a condition of trumpet suspension brackets, lattices, metallic structure, sets, liner, flues and smoke screening, air pipes, air heateres, burnt devices; devices of the control of management and antiemergency protection).
• Control not destroying methods of the basic metal of a casing.
• Measurement of hardness of a material of basic elements.
• Definition of a chemical compound and physicomechanical properties of a material of basic elements of a skeleton-casing.
• Calculation of a residual resource of the researched equipment.
• Tool measurement of actual technological parameters of work of the oven block as initial data for technological calculation.
• Technological (thermotechnics, hydraulic and aerodynamic) testing calculation of the existing furnace and unit of recycling of heat.
• Study of a variant of replacement of the furnace on new with performance of necessary calculations for definition of the basic characteristics of the furnace and unit of recycling of heat.
• Definition of the basic volumes of materials for carrying out of major overhaul of the furnace (reconstruction) and for replacement of the given furnace on new.
• Estimation of thermal balance of the block and definition of the optimum plan of heat exchange, thermal loading on the furnace.
• Delivery of the conclusion by results of inspection.

Tool inspection of trumpet coils by not destroying quality monitoring was not put by a task of the given complex inspections. The customer had the conclusions of the specialized organization on the inspections of trumpet coils of the given furnaces lead earlier which have been included in the technical report of complex inspection.

Our technical conclusions by results of the given kind of works can be used for:

• Assessments of works of the oven block.
• Definitions of the list of the actions directed on increase of an overall performance of the furnace, reduction in consumption of power resources, reduction of amount of harmful emissions.
• As initial data for drawing up technical - an economic substantiation of carrying out of major overhauls and reconstruction of the oven equipment of oil refining and petrochemical factories.
