In October, 2002 reconstruction "Reactor the block of installation" 1б/1н joint-stock company "Ufaneftekhim" with increase in capacity of installation on raw material up to 1.2 million ton/year is completed.

Amount of works of joint-stock company "Aliter-Aksi": on the basis of project VNII NP working drawings are executed and the equipment for reconstruction of internal system dust separation a regenerator is produced. Into structure of the equipment entered: two-level cyclones (8 pairs) with bunkers, dust struts, closing valves, devices for a suspension bracket of cyclones, platforms and the modular chamber. Products are executed from stainless steel 08и18о10ф with the control of welded seams a radiographic method volume of 100 %.

By means of reinforcing elements from stainless steel (the armour-clad grid and S-shaped anchors) is rendered on an internal surface of the equipment firm fire-resistant erosion-resistant liner ALIT-83.

The direct-flow reactor represents a line c inclined and vertical sites the in length of 35 meters and in internal diameter from 900 up to 1050 mm. The direct-flow reactor has bellows equalisers and separativ the device. The equipment has been produced of stainless steel 08и18о10ф and steel 16GS with the control of welded seams a radiographic method in volume of 100 %. On a surface of products it was put firm erosion-resistant liner бlit-83, erosion-resistant heat-insulating liner бlit-66 and heat-insulating liner бlaks-1.4. The equipment is made of project VNII NP.
