During with 11/15/2001 in the 12/15/2001 repair of installation 1б/1н (gas-fractionation installation catalytic cracking) associations "Ufaneftekhim" Ufa was made.

Forces "Aliter-Aksi" had been developed the project, manufacturing and delivery of a line of hot air, furnaces ф-18, a vertical site of transport line т-2 is carried out. The line of hot air consists from lined pipes in diameter of 1000 and 800 mm., 7 equalisers of type лLO. Line т-2 consists from 10 lined pipes of diameters of 1600 mm., the equaliser of type лLп. Furnace ф-18 it is put by two parts: the chamber of burning and the chamber of mixture. Both chambers have monolithic liner from fire-resistant concrete, that is on installation one joint is a subject plugging only. Also "Aliter-Aksi" has produced and has put 6 lined cyclones of a regenerator and 4 equalisers of type лLп on a grocery line. For carrying out lined works and plugging assembly joints at installation fire-resistant weights have been put: бLKOR-76, бLAKS-1,4-1350, бLKOR-92, бLKOR-37-50, бLIT-83 (abrasion-resistant).

Installation furnaces ф-18 is transferred for the period of following scheduled repair of installation. Other equipment is mounted and put into operation.
